• Thoughtful Layout & Flow
  These townhomes were designed for ease of use from the ground up. The main floor features a large living room and spacious kitchen — open and connected for comfortable everyday living. A half bath downstairs keeps the main living area functional for guests. All bedrooms are located upstairs along with a dedicated laundry room — no hauling laundry up and down stairs.
• Custom Kitchen & Finishes
  The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a wall oven, cooktop, and dishwasher. Knotty alder cabinets finished with a rich stain, granite countertops, and engineered hardwood floors throughout the main living areas create a finish level that feels far beyond a standard rental. Carpet in the bedrooms adds comfort where it counts.
• Smart Home & Connectivity
  All internet connections are hardwired for TV and wireless locations throughout the home — no dead zones, no slow connections. exterior security cameras are installed for tenant peace of mind and property protection.
• Outdoor Living & Garage
  Each townhome features a large backyard — plenty of room for pets to roam. A two-car garage keeps vehicles clean and protected from the Texas elements. Full landscape packages with on-demand irrigation keep the grounds looking sharp year-round with minimal effort.

Our Build Process

The Ash Street Townhomes were built from the ground up using the same standards and processes Pecan Creek Construction applies to every custom home in North Texas. Rental or custom — the build quality never changes. The project execution includes:

• Engineered Slab & Foundation
  Each unit was built on an engineered slab designed for long-term structural performance. The same high-strength concrete and engineering standards used on our custom residential builds were applied here — because the foundation is the foundation, regardless of the end use.
• Framing & Structural Quality
  Excellent framing throughout with quality materials and tight tolerances. The structure was built to stand the test of time and the demands of rental occupancy — which requires even more durability than a standard owner-occupied home.
• Plumbing & Electrical
  All plumbing and electrical systems meet the latest 2018 mechanical and energy codes. Hardwired internet and TV locations were planned and installed during rough-in — not added as an afterthought. Exterior security camera wiring was incorporated into the build from day one.
• Interior Finishes
  Knotty alder stained cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless appliances, engineered hardwood floors in living areas, and carpet in bedrooms — every finish selection was made for both durability and aesthetic appeal. These are not rental-grade finishes. These are custom home finishes in a rental package.
