Pecan Creek Construction was founded in 2020 by Joe Lamb with a vision that started with raw land in Wise County, Texas. After developing East and West Pecan Creek Estates in Paradise, TX — two communities built around a minimum of 2,400 square feet of living space on 2 to 5 acre lots — Joe saw something that changed everything. Watching families move in, settle into their homes, and start building memories in a landscape he had created from nothing was the moment that made it clear: there was more to do.
That vision grew into Pecan Creek Construction — a custom home building company rooted in Paradise, TX and built around one simple belief: quality and detail over quantity and speed.
Since that first build in West Pecan Creek Estates, Pecan Creek Construction has grown into one of North Texas’s most trusted custom home builders, serving families across Wise County, Parker County, and the surrounding area. Every project — from ground-up custom homes to major renovations and additions — is approached with the same passion and commitment that built those first communities in Paradise.
